Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how YAESS AI collects and uses information when you use our Service.

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, hashed password), garment catalog data (images, names, prices), try-on logs, and usage metadata.

2. Customer try-on photos

Photos uploaded by end shoppers through the widget are processed to generate the try-on result. We do not train models on shopper photos. Results are stored on behalf of the brand for analytics.

3. Sub-processors

We use FASHN AI as the underlying virtual try-on engine and Emergent for object storage. These sub-processors process data only to deliver the Service.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are randomly generated and unique per brand. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@yaess.co.ke.
